Momentum Healthcare’s team have a strong background in exercise therapy and can provide detailed information for exercise advice. This comes from the Monique Boorman who has over 18 years experience in the fitness industry. With this experience we understand that Exercise Advice can take many forms and is varied depending on the needs of the individual. Where possible, Momentum Healthcare’s aim is to keep an individual on target for their fitness goals whilst allowing the injury to recover. This is especially key in sports people where they need to be fit for an upcoming sporting event.

Research has demonstrated that people heal quicker when they manage to maintain activity throughout their recovery, which is why we take peoples own fitness goal into account whilst reviewing suitable activity.
