We are now be able to provide a new remote consultation service that enables us to support our patients with their pain and injury during the current pandemic.
We want to reassure you that we will continue to provide support outside of your normal treatment sessions in exactly the same way as we did before. If you’re unsure on how to manage or progress your pain complaint, or if a remote consultation is right for you, please contact us so we can help.
How remote consultations work:
Remote consultations are performed using our own online portal. When you book a Remote Consultation you'll recived a link in your confirmation and remider emails. When the time comes for your appointment, just click the link and you'll be taken straight to your video consultation without the need to download any 3rd party software. Where needed we can also link up on other alternative platforms, just let us know ahead of your appointment if you have any concerns. Consultations will last up to 30 minutes, cost £25, and include the following:
1 – The consultations are conducted by Monique Boorman who has over 18 years experience in the manual therapy field. She will complete a detailed review of your case history and present pain complaint.
2 – Smart forms will be sent via email to new patients and must be completed prior to a remote consultation. We will carry out an observational assessment of your main complaint to help us provide you with a working diagnosis of your pain or injury.
3- Where we feel exercises would be a beneficial part of your recovery, we can email detailed exercise rehabilitation programmes. If possible, we can review technique over a video link and correct any technique concerns. Where email is not available, we can post these exercises to your home.
4 – Provide an on going point of contact; giving you access to our expertise for management strategies, progressive training programmes, and self help therapy. All of this will help you with your recovery, or to achieve personal or performance goals.

Remote service payments:
All patients will receive a treatment invoice at the time of booking their consultation, and we request that payments be made within 1 hour after the consultation.
After reviewing the most responsible way to treat patients in a 1-2-1 setting, we have decided the limit some face to face appointments.
