This post is intended to help people prepare for the appointment, as we want to ensure you get the most out of your consultation. Please follow these steps and if you have any concerns please feel free to contact us for advice:
- You'll receive a link in your appointment confirmation and reminder emails. When the time for your Remote Consultation arrives, simply click this link to be taken to our online portal for your session. We can also send this link via SMS message to your phone on your request. If you'd prefer this then just let us know
- Please be ready for your remote consultation 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time
- Try to choose a suitable space as we may ask you to complete some movements, either as part of your assessment or to review your exercises.
- A desktop, tablet, or phone are all acceptable ways for us to complete your consultation. If you’re using a phone or tablet we may ask you to set this down for certain elements of the consultation, so please bear this in mind ahead of the appointment
On appointment booking you will receive a confirmation email and reminder email.
