Monique qualified with a 1st class BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and Injury Rehabilitation from the University of Kent in 2012. Since graduating Monique has worked in both private practice and within multitude of high-level sports environments.

Always striving to ensure the highest standards of patient and athletic care, Monique completed her MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine with the University of South Wales in 2021 and her study on concussion in non-professional Rugby Union was recommended for publication.

Striving for best practice and applying an evidence-based approach, Monique is able to provide a wide range of manual therapy skills and sports specific rehabilitation strategies, to ensure the most efficient treatment in order to help patients return to sport and general occupational function as quickly as possible.
